The British Council once again collaborates with Abierto Mexicano de Diseño creating new links between Mexican and British designers. Following the success of ‘Mirar Y Ver’, the installation by designers Morag Myerscough and Luke Morgan in Mexico City for the UKMX dual year in 2015, a public piece has been commissioned and is being design by emerging Liverpool and London-based studio Mutt, and will be located at Alameda Central, in the heart of Mexico City, in celebration of the city as World Design Capital in October 2018.
During their stay in Mexico City, Mutt will lead on a series of workshops for emerging architects and designers, in collaboration with Laboratorio para la Ciudad.
