The Policy Incubator programme, developed by the British Council in Mexico in collaboration with the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom, empowers young people to develop and share counter and alternative narratives as means to participate in the process of influencing public policy in the field of migration. We will achieve this by working in partnership with the emerging leaders to continue developing their skills and creating opportunities to facilitate their journey as agents of social change and by building and strengthening partnerships with the government, private sector, community and other leaders.

On March 9th, 2018 the British Council is proud to present a keynote by Dr. Georg Löfflmann, Research and Teaching Fellow at Warwick University, around ‘Border Narratives’. Border Narratives is a project aimed at investigating how diverse publics perceive, understand, and experience 'the migration crisis'.

The event is open to the public and will take place at the Auditorium of the Museo Memoria y Tolerancia in Mexico City on the 9th of March at 19:00 hrs.
